New Project - The Hurlingham Club - June 2024
Londonguild Services have been awarded the East wing project at this prestige private members club in West London. The refurbishment of the grade 2 listed building includes:
- Renewal of the lighting and control systems
- New AV and Events lighting
- New roof lighting
Project Handover- Great Ormond Street - September 2023
Londonguild Services have successfully handed over the UCLH RLHIM Neuro-Ophthalmology & Uro-Neurology refurbishment stages 1& 2 on time and within budget, these works included:

- Lighting / Emergency Lighting
- Small Power
- Fire Alarms
- Mechanical Power
- CCTV / Access Control

Londonguild Services have now completed on the 6 floor, shell and core office and accommodation development for Knight Harwood in St Pauls, London. This project included the CAT A fit-out, new LV panel and submains, fire alarms, CCTV, security system and access controls.

Project handover - Athlone House
Londonguild Services have successful completed and handed over the Athlone House project to the main contractor, Knight Harwood. This project was an extension and renovation of a large Victorian house in Hampstead Heath, which created a modern 6 bedrooms privately owned family home.

One Bow Churchyard is a CAT A fit out of 6 floors in the city of London. Awarded to us by Knight Harwood, this project is comprehensive refurbishment to provide shell and core office accommodation.
